Don't spend more than 15-20 minutes talking to applicants. It's enough time for both of you to size up each other and decide whether you can work with each other or not. Don't forget to use tags on your network marketing posts to your website or blog. When I'm searching for information on a topic I LOVE posts which have tags that allow me to click on them to find a page listing every article or blog post with the same tag on it, it makes my searching much easier.
Start a blog about your company. This will attract people looking for an opportunity, but it will also attract customers in the market for the product your company sells. A blog will also give people the chance to learn about you, which makes them more likely to join you and buy from you.
